The study found that the PCrecycled material and other polymer blending or to enlarge chain can greatlyimprove the material mechanics performance. In actual production, the contentof toughening agent is an important control factor, is also the key factorsthat determine the costs of materials, finished products.
Conclusion:
(1) in ther - PC to join two toughening agent (B - A - 688, 31) can make A blend ofnotched impact strength and elongation at break are improved significantly.When the mass fraction of two kinds of toughening agent were 6%, the notchedimpact strength of blend of 21 kj / ㎡ to around 60 kj / ㎡, increased to 3times; Blend of elongation at break is from 15% to 127% and 15% respectively,but the tensile strength of the blend.
(2)compared with the toughening agent A - 688, B - 31 can obviously improve thematerial of low temperature toughness. Among them, the best when the massfraction of 2% and 2%. B - 31 to improve the low temperature toughness of r -PC is more obvious.
