To strengthen team building and enhance corporate cohesion, the company organized a “Red Tour” for frontline employees to Nanhu Lake and Xitang in Jiaxing.

This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of our great Communist Party of China. From 1921 to 2021, the Party has weathered storms throughout its century-long history. The First National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held on this small “Red Boat” on South Lake. The “South Lake Red Boat” witnessed the birth of the Communist Party of China, bore witness to the original aspirations and mission of its members, and stood as a testament to the Party’s century-long journey of struggle through thick and thin. Along the way, everyone paid their respects at revolutionary sites, revisited the history of the Party’s founding, and reflected on the “Spirit of the Red Boat.”

Through this trip, colleagues deepened their mutual understanding and strengthened their trust in one another. Moving forward, they will strive to work hard and contribute their best efforts to the company’s development.
